Not to be mistaken for the pebbly beach located on the south coast of England, Adelaide’s Brighton beach is another situated close to the city centre in the Glenelg suburb. There are also a decent selection of shops and restaurants nearby if you get peckish.
Henley Beach
Henley beach is another of Adelaide’s most popular beaches, and is again situated pretty close to the CBD, so is easily reached. Perfect for sunbathing and swimming, the area also includes a variety of gift shops and top quality eateries offering fantastic views of the coastline.
